Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and deliveries per site procedures and policies.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, parking areas, access points, loading areas, and perimeters to deter incidents.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and document activity per site procedures.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and medical situations; notify appropriate personnel and file reports.
• Observe and report hazards or policy violations to site leadership and supervision.

Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Fri: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Sat: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Sun: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out site‑specific procedures and security‑related policies.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, parking areas, access points, loading areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security‑related concerns.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials as directed, and document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, medical situations, and other critical events in a calm, problem‑solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and complete required reports.
• Observe and report unusual conditions, damaged property, policy violations, and potential hazards to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
