Qualifications

• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• A drug screen will be conducted where permitted by law.

Pay Rate: $20.45 / Hour

• Mon: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Tue: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Wed: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Thur: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Sun: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and event participants while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a public sports and recreation location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, entrances, exterior grounds, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorized entry as directed, and report unusual conditions or incidents to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, medical situations, and critical events in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain communication with Allied Universal supervision, site representatives, and emergency responders as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
