Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Driver CPR in Renton, WA. You will patrol facilities, monitor access, and respond to incidents while delivering excellent customer service in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities include daily patrols, incident reporting, and coordination with site contacts. The position requires a valid driver’s license and a high school diploma, with CPR/First Aid preferred and background checks required where applicable.

Qualifications

• A valid driver's license is required.
• CPR/First Aid is preferred.
• Access Control/Badge Experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories.
• A drug screen will be conducted to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients at an aerospace and defense location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, production-adjacent areas, parking locations, access points, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access to restricted areas, verify credentials as directed, and document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Complete accurate incident reports, daily activity logs, and shift handoffs, and promptly communicate observations to Allied Universal supervision and designated site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR/First Aid is preferred.
• Access Control/Badge Experience is preferred.
