Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors at a technology office location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout office spaces, common areas, parking facilities, and the property perimeter to help identify unusual activity or conditions.
Monitor access points and support visitor management procedures, including verifying authorization in accordance with site-specific policies.
Prepare clear, accurate activity logs and incident reports, and communicate observations to site leadership and Allied Universal management.
Possess at least two years of security-related experience.
CPR certification is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
