Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Armed Patrol Driver in Puyallup, WA to safeguard clients at an aerospace/defense site. You will drive patrol routes, monitor areas, deter incidents, and provide professional customer service with a visible, welcoming presence.

Responsibilities include responding to incidents, conducting armed patrols, verifying access, and documenting activities for leadership and clients.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid concealed carry weapons permit.
• Possess a valid armed guard card or license.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

• Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and required documentation, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and client representatives.
