Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Driver in Nashville, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a hotel and resort location, you will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. What You'll Do

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, visitors, and team members while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a hotel or resort location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of guest areas, parking areas, amenities, building exteriors, and the property perimeter to help identify unusual conditions and help deter unauthorized activity.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and escalating matters as appropriate.
• Monitor access points and support visitor and contractor access processes while maintaining professional communication with guests and resort staff.
• Prepare clear, accurate activity and incident reports and communicate relevant observations to Allied Universal leadership and site management.

Minimum Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
