Qualifications

• Minimum two years of security-related experience.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.

• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security procedures and emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points, lobby areas, and grounds; verify visitor authorization and direct individuals per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and suspicious activity in a calm, professional manner; notify appropriate personnel and emergency services.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, parking areas, ATM locations, and perimeter.
• Prepare accurate incident reports, maintain activity logs, and communicate shift information to leadership.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor access points, lobby areas, and surrounding grounds; verify visitor authorization and direct individuals in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, suspicious activity, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and emergency services as directed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, parking areas, ATM locations, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Prepare accurate incident reports, maintain required activity logs, and communicate observations and shift information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least two years of security-related experience.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
