Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check in accordance with laws.
• Background history considered in line with laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies, including emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the facility, parking, loading docks, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor and report unusual activity, damaged property, unsecured doors or gates, and hazards to site contacts or leadership.
• Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation per site requirements.

Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Tue 05:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Wed 05:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Thur 05:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Fri 05:00 AM - 03:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, warehouse areas, parking locations, loading docks, trailer yards, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor and report unusual activity, damaged property, unsecured doors or gates, and potential hazards to appropriate site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation in accordance with site-specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least one year of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
