Allied Universal in Moore, SC is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Observation to monitor and secure facilities across Tech/Media/Telecom environments. You will patrol, provide a welcoming presence, and document activities using our technology.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, professional communication, and adherence to site procedures. Minimum requirements include security experience and a high school diploma; CPR and licenses are preferred.

• A guard card or license is preferred.

Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Observation in Moore, SC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer in a dynamic technology environment, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and provide welcoming customer service. You will communicate professionally, support security-related operations, and use technology to document activities. Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon 02:30 PM - 10:30 PM


• Tue 02:30 PM - 10:30 PM


• Wed 02:30 PM - 10:30 PM


• Thur 02:30 PM - 10:30 PM


• Fri 02:30 PM - 10:30 PM

What You’ll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.


• CPR certification is preferred.


• Customer service experience is preferred.


• A guard card or license is preferred.


• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.


• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.


• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.


• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.


• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.


• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
