Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver’s license as per policy requirements.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Subject to background checks and drug screening as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and vendors at a tech/media/telecom site according to procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor access activity, verify authorization, and manage badges and visitor screening.
• Respond to incidents calmly, document observations, and relay information to site contacts or responders.
• Complete reports, patrol logs, and incident documentation per policy and site procedures.

• Fri: 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM
• Sat: 04:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Sun: 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and/or vendors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity and help to deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor access activity, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and follow site procedures for badge issuance, entry screening, and visitor management.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and communicate relevant information to site contacts and/or emergency responders.
• Complete required reports, patrol logs, and incident documentation accurately and in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
