Allied Universal is seeking a Security Guard Full Time Unarmed Interior Patrol in Hainesport, NJ. You will provide attentive customer service, monitor and patrol interior logistics spaces, and respond calmly to incidents while following site procedures.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check as required by law.
• Background and criminal history considered per applicable laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients while carrying out site procedures and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents in a calm, problem-solving manner and escalate concerns through established channels.
• Conduct regular/patrols throughout the logistics location, including exteriors, parking, loading docks, trailer yards, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points, observe activity, and report unusual conditions or unauthorized access attempts.
• Document patrol activities, incidents, and observations per site reporting requirements.

Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Tue: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Wed: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Thur: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Fri: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Sat: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients while carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through established communication channels.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the logistics location, including building exteriors, parking areas, loading docks, trailer yards, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points, observe vehicle and pedestrian activity, and report unusual conditions or unauthorized access attempts.
• Document patrol activities, incidents, and observations in accordance with site-specific reporting requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
