• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screening required.
• Licensing requirements may apply.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide a professional, welcoming customer service presence at the front desk of a financial institution, following site-specific procedures and security-related policies.
• Monitor access to the facility, verify visitor credentials, issue visitor passes, and maintain accurate visitor and access records in accordance with established procedures.
• Respond to alarms, incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and follow emergency response protocols.
• Assist employees, visitors, and vendors with directions, access inquiries, and front-desk support while maintaining confidentiality and a professional demeanor.
• Monitor lobby activity and security-related systems from the assigned stationary post, helping to deter unauthorized access and reporting concerns promptly.

What You'll Do

Minimum Requirements

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
