Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, and clients at a financial institution reception.
• Manage front desk access by greeting visitors, verifying IDs, issuing visitor credentials, and maintaining records.
• Monitor access control systems, cameras, alarms, and communications equipment; report issues per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies following established protocols in a calm, professional manner.
• Direct visitors and coordinate with building personnel and Allied Universal leadership as needed.

Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, and clients at a financial institution reception area while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies.
• Manage front desk access by greeting visitors, verifying identification and appointments, issuing visitor credentials, and maintaining accurate visitor records.
• Monitor access control systems, cameras, alarms, and communications equipment; report suspicious activity, access concerns, and maintenance issues according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, emergency situations, and client requests in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established response protocols.
• Maintain a professional front desk presence, direct visitors to appropriate locations, and coordinate with building personnel and Allied Universal leadership as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• A state, county, or city-issued security license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
