Formación

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years or age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen as required by law.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service at the front desk of a commercial real estate location following site procedures.
• Welcome tenants, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel; verify credentials and direct according to visitor procedures.
• Monitor entry points and security systems; escalate issues as needed.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly while following emergency procedures.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs and front desk records with professional communication.

You will manage access, assist with visitor inquiries, monitor security-related activity, and communicate professionally to help support a secure environment. What You’ll Do

• Provide customer service at the front desk of a commercial real estate location by following site‑specific procedures, access protocols, and security‑related policies.
• Welcome tenants, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel; verify credentials and direct individuals according to established visitor management procedures.
• Monitor entry points, visitor activity, and security‑related systems, escalating unusual activity or access concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, following emergency response procedures when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs, incident reports, and front desk records while providing professional communication and support to building occupants and guests.

Minimum Requirements

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
