As a Security Officer Full Time Reception Access Specialist in Burbank, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Front Desk Security Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will welcome visitors, manage access control and badges, monitor security-related systems, and respond to alarms or concerns. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while helping maintain an orderly environment. What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and clients at a commercial real estate location by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies.
• Serve as a professional front-desk presence by greeting visitors, verifying access authorization, issuing visitor credentials, and directing guests to appropriate areas.
• Monitor lobby activity, access points, and security-related systems, reporting unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures and contacting emergency services when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs, incident reports, and other required documentation while communicating clearly with building management and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortability using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
