Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and the public while following site-specific security procedures.
• Conduct regular/unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, grounds, and perimeter locations; report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies following established protocols.
• Document patrol activity and incidents and communicate information to site contacts and leadership.

As a Security Officer Full Time Protection Patrol in Albuquerque, NM, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a government location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will provide exceptional customer service, clear communication, and timely reporting while working with integrity and teamwork. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and members of the public while carrying out site-specific, security-related procedures and policies at government facilities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned buildings, parking areas, grounds, and perimeter locations, reporting unusual conditions and helping to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, verify authorized entry as directed by site procedures, and maintain awareness of visitor and contractor activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response protocols.
• Document patrol activity, incidents, and observations accurately, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
