Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Unarmed Facility Patrol in Albuquerque, NM. You will monitor and safeguard government facilities, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a visible security presence to deter incidents.

This full-time role requires adherence to site policies and professional communication with staff and authorities. Qualified candidates should have a high school diploma and be prepared for a background check and drug screening as required by law.

Qualificações

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of government facilities, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter areas.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner following site protocols.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry; maintain incident and activity documentation.
• Communicate professionally with site personnel, law enforcement, emergency responders, and Allied Universal leadership.

As a Security Officer Unarmed Facility Patrol in ALBUQUERQUE, NM, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a government location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and respond professionally to concerns. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while supporting a welcoming environment. What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and members of the public while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned government facilities, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorized entry when required, and maintain accurate incident and activity documentation.
• Communicate professionally with site personnel, law enforcement, emergency responders, and Allied Universal leadership regarding security-related concerns and incidents.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
