Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer for a full-time patrol role in Millington, TN. You will conduct patrols, deter incidents, monitor areas, and provide professional customer service while supporting daily operations.

Minimum requirements include at least six months in security, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to pass background checks and drug screening where law allows. Schedule includes DayTime shifts with 8:00 AM–4:00 PM on weekdays.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and associates by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.

• Conduct regular and random patrols of distribution facilities, warehouses, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials for authorized personnel, visitors, and delivery drivers.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain documentation of patrols, incidents, and observations.

As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Documentation in Millington, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a dynamic logistics and distribution location. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, monitor assigned areas, and provide professional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and associates by carrying out security‑related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, escalating information according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of distribution facilities, warehouses, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity or hazards.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials for authorized personnel, visitors, and delivery drivers in accordance with site‑specific procedures.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain required documentation regarding patrols, incidents, observations, and security‑related activities.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least six months of experience in a security‑related role is required.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
