Job Description

As a Security Officer Patrol Incident Documentation in NASHVILLE, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a commercial real estate location, maintaining a visible presence that helps deter incidents. You will conduct routine patrols, report security-related concerns, assist visitors and tenants, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, tenants, and event personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial real estate buildings, parking areas, entrances, common areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and report unauthorized access or suspicious activity.
• Respond to incidents, medical events, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and emergency responders when needed.
• Prepare clear reports and maintain accurate logs of patrols, incidents, access activity, and other security-related observations.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
