Qualifications

At least one year of security-related experience is required.
A guard card or license is preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Background check and drug screening are required by policy.
Armed roles may require age 21+, licensing where applicable.
A valid driver's license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular patrols of production areas, access points, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and maintain records.
Observe and report hazards, property damage, suspicious activity, and policy violations to site contacts.
