Qualifications

Customer service experience is preferred.
Guard Card or license is preferred.
Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, loading areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and help deter unauthorized access.
Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized personnel and visitors, and maintain required logs and reports.
Observe and report hazards, damaged property, suspicious activity, and policy violations to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
