Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Licensed Patrol Driver in Racine, WI. You will patrol retail areas, deter incidents, and provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional presence.

Security Officer Full Time Licensed Patrol Driver

As a Security Officer Full Time Licensed Patrol Driver in Racine, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a retail location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service. This driving position requires a valid driver's license. You will communicate professionally with visitors and team members while supporting Allied Universal's agile, reliable, innovative, caring, teamwork-focused, and integrity-driven culture.

Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour

Candidates MUST have a valid driver's license with at least one year of driving history

Job Schedule:

• Mon 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Tue 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Wed 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Thur 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Sun 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees while carrying out site-specific security procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout retail areas, common spaces, parking areas, and the property perimeter.
• Monitor access points and observe activity for unusual conditions, reporting security-related concerns according to site procedures.
• Assist with documenting incidents, maintaining daily activity logs, and communicating relevant information to Allied Universal supervision and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
