Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Experience with handcuffs, pepper spray, and baton is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, a background investigation will be conducted in accordance with all laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage production and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, production areas, warehouse spaces, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor, employee, and contractor entry activity in accordance with site-specific requirements.
• Document patrols, incidents, and observations accurately, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Driver in Milwaukee, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. Conduct routine patrols, support access control activities, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements. Pay Rate: $20.90 / Hour
