Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Full Time Vehicle Patrol in Milwaukee, WI. The role involves patrolling, maintaining a visible presence, and delivering excellent customer service in an automotive environment.

A valid driver’s license and driving history are required, with schedule from Mon-Sun 3:00 PM–11:00 PM. Responsibilities include monitoring access, reporting incidents, completing logs, and coordinating with responders as needed.

Qualifications

• Background check in accordance with federal, state and local laws.
• Drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles (21+ for armed roles).

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to employees and visitors at an automotive manufacturing location.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor credentials per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders.
• Complete required activity logs, incident reports, and shift communications accurately and in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.

As a Security Officer Full Time Vehicle Patrol in Milwaukee, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. As an unarmed Security Officer at an automotive location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Deliver exceptional customer service, communication, and professionalism while working with a reliable, innovative team that puts people first and acts with integrity.

Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

Candidates MUST have a valid driver's license with at least one year of driving history

Tue 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Wed 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Sat 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at an automotive manufacturing and business location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned buildings, parking areas, loading docks, production-adjacent areas, and the perimeter to identify and report unusual conditions or policy concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and report unauthorized access attempts or suspicious activity.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders.
• Complete required activity logs, incident reports, and shift communications accurately and in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
