As a Security Officer Full Time Facility Patrol Driver in Reynoldsburg, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a retail location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for customers and employees. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Deliver exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and respond to security-related concerns with integrity, teamwork, reliability, and care.

Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Tue: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Wed: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Thur: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Fri: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to retail store clients, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail sales floor, entrances, stock areas, exterior perimeter, and parking areas as assigned.
• Monitor for unusual activity, policy violations, and potential loss-prevention concerns, and report observations to appropriate store leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.
• Assist with access control, visitor guidance, and maintaining a professional presence to help deter unauthorized activity at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
