Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Supervisory experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A state, county, or city-issued security license is preferred.
• Ages 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply by locality.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors by enforcing site-specific access-control procedures and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, maintain entry records, and report access concerns to site contacts.
• Respond to incidents, access-control alarms, and critical situations calmly and professionally following security procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned property areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to identify unusual activity or facility concerns.
• Assist with enforcing property rules, manage visitor and contractor check-in processes, and provide directions or information as needed.

As a Security Officer Full Time Entry Management in Carrollton, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Access Control Security Professional with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will help manage entry points, monitor access activity, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will conduct routine patrols, support a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors, and deliver exceptional customer service through clear communication, teamwork, integrity, and a people‑first approach.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned commercial property areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity or facility concerns.
• Assist with the enforcement of property rules, manage visitor and contractor check‑in processes, and provide directions or information as needed.

Minimum Requirements

• Have at least 1 year of security‑related experience.
• Have supervisory experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A state, county, or city‑issued security license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
