Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Entry Coordination in Manteca, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Access Control Officer in a healthcare location, you will help manage entry points, verify authorized access, monitor activity, and support a welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and patients. You will remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, communicate professionally, and respond to access-related concerns. Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access-control requirements, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor entry and exit points at a healthcare distribution location, verify identification and credentials, manage visitor access, and maintain accurate access-control records.
• Respond to access-control concerns, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, including entrances, loading docks, parking areas, and the facility perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by site.
• Help to deter unauthorized access and suspicious activity by observing site activity, reporting concerns promptly, and communicating professionally with site contacts and first responders.

Minimum Requirements:

• A Guard Card/License is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
