You will provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff while maintaining accurate records and helping to promote a welcoming environment. Pay Rate: $19.75 / Hour

Job Schedule: DayTimeWed01:30 PM - 09:30 PMFri01:30 PM - 09:30 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property personnel by carrying out site-specific procedures and supporting security-related operations at a commercial real estate location.
• Monitor communication systems, alarms, cameras, and access-related activity; receive calls and dispatch appropriate personnel in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, service requests, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and escalating concerns as needed.
• Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident reports, and shift activity records while communicating relevant information to site leadership and emergency responders.
• Coordinate regular and random patrol assignments around the property and perimeter, helping to identify and report unusual conditions or maintenance concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
