Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and employees at the front desk by following site procedures and security policies.
• Greet visitors, verify IDs/appointments, control access, and direct guests to appropriate offices or areas.
• Monitor lobby activity, entry points, cameras, alarms, and other security systems; report concerns per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly and escalate to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs, access records, and incident reports.

Security Officer Full Time Concierge – Indianapolis, IN

Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $18.75 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Tue: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Sat: 07:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Sun: 07:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or employees at the front desk of a commercial real estate location by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies.
• Greet visitors, manage access procedures, verify identification and/or appointments, and direct guests to appropriate offices or building areas.
• Monitor lobby activity, entry points, cameras, alarms, and/or other assigned security-related systems; report unusual activity or maintenance concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, visitor concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate personnel and emergency responders when needed.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs, access records, incident reports, and other required front-desk documentation.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
