Qualifications

• Minimum Requirements: CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be conducted as per laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and employees at the front desk by following site procedures and security policies.
• Greet visitors, verify identifications, manage access, and direct guests to appropriate offices or areas.
• Monitor lobby activity, entry points, cameras, alarms, and report unusual activity per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly and coordinate with appropriate personnel and responders.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs, access records, incident reports, and front-desk documentation.

As a Security Officer Full Time Concierge in Indianapolis, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will create a welcoming, professional first impression while helping to maintain a secure environment. You will greet visitors, manage access, communicate with tenants and guests, respond to security-related concerns, and provide exceptional customer service. Pay Rate: $18.75 / Hour

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or employees at the front desk of a commercial real estate location by carrying out site‑specific procedures and security‑related policies.
• Greet visitors, manage access procedures, verify identification and/or appointments, and direct guests to appropriate offices or building areas.
• Monitor lobby activity, entry points, cameras, alarms, and/or other assigned security‑related systems; report unusual activity or maintenance concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, visitor concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, including contacting appropriate personnel and emergency responders when needed.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs, access records, incident reports, and other required front-desk documentation.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
