As a Security Officer Full Time Armed Patrol Driver Security Clearance in Fort Worth, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As an Armed Security Officer with Allied Universal, you will support a dynamic aerospace and defense location by conducting routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and responding professionally to site needs. This driving post combines customer service, clear communication, and integrity while working collaboratively to help maintain a secure environment.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at an aerospace and defense-related location by carrying out armed security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following applicable post orders and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of facilities, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access to restricted areas, verify credentials and authorization as assigned, and report suspicious activity, policy violations, or unusual conditions.
• Complete accurate incident reports, daily activity logs, and other required documentation while maintaining professional communication with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• At least 3 years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience or a college degree is required.
• An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A Level III Armed Certification is required in Texas only.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security-related training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
