Allied Universal is seeking an Armed Security Officer in Fort Worth, TX. You will patrol, deter incidents, and respond to security concerns at an aerospace/defense site, while maintaining professional conduct and customer service.

Requirements include DoD Secret Clearance, Texas Level III Armed Certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver’s license. The role is full-time with a daytime shift pattern.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job Description

As a Security Officer Armed Clearance Required Mobile Patrol Driver in Fort Worth, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As an Armed Security Officer supporting a dynamic aerospace and defense location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and respond to security-related concerns with professionalism. This driving post combines customer service, clear communication, and responsible armed duties while supporting a culture built on agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, care, and integrity at Allied Universal.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access-control requirements, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating observations and actions through required reporting channels.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of facilities, restricted areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, and document entries, deliveries, and unusual activity in accordance with site procedures.
• Carry and maintain authorized duty equipment in accordance with applicable laws, licensing requirements, Allied Universal procedures, and site-specific post orders.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Possess at least 3 years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience or a college degree.
• Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possess a Level III Armed Certification in Texas.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
