Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and customers at a financial institution by following security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and according to post orders.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of the facility, parking areas, ATM locations, entrances, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for employees, contractors, visitors, and deliveries.
• Document security-related incidents and patrol activities and report concerns to site contacts and leadership.

Conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $29.40 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Tue: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Wed: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Sat: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Sun: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or customers at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established post orders and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the facility, parking areas, ATM locations, entrances, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for employees, contractors, visitors, and deliveries in accordance with site-specific requirements.
• Document security-related incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and report concerns to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least one year of armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
