Allied Universal in Fremont, CA is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Access Control Coordinator to protect stakeholders at an automotive manufacturing site. You will monitor access points, patrol areas, respond to incidents, and deliver professional customer service to employees, visitors, and partners.

This role offers full-time hours with a shift pattern described: DayTime 03:00 PM - 11:30 PM, 03:00 PM - 11:30 PM on Saturdays, and requires a high school diploma, 1+ year security experience,

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and/or delivery personnel at an automotive manufacturing and operations location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials as required, maintain visitor and contractor records, and report unauthorized access attempts or unusual activity according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting events in accordance with established procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of manufacturing areas, parking facilities, loading docks, office spaces, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Complete accurate incident reports, daily activity logs, and other required documentation while communicating professionally with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership.

As a Security Officer Full Time Access Control Coordinator in Fremont, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. As a Security Officer supporting a dynamic automotive location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, help deter security-related incidents, manage access points, and provide outstanding customer service. What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
