Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, seeks a Security Officer Full Time Incident Response in Fremont, CA. You will patrol, deter incidents, and deliver excellent customer service while upholding a people-first culture.

Role includes daytime and overnight shifts with a pay rate of $22.52 per hour and standard site procedures. Eligible candidates will have at least 1 year of security experience and a high school diploma.

Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Incident Response in Fremont, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. As a Security Officer supporting a dynamic automotive location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. You will support a welcoming, secure environment for employees and visitors while representing Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, and people-first culture through teamwork and integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and emergency response activities at an automotive manufacturing location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, parking facilities, entrances, loading zones, and perimeter areas to help identify and report security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and report unauthorized access attempts or suspicious activity.
• Document incidents, observations, and shift activities accurately, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal supervision and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortably using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
