• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and contractors at a technology and electronics-focused location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Manage access control functions by verifying credentials, monitoring entry and exit activity, issuing visitor passes, and maintaining accurate access-related records.
• Monitor access control systems, alarms, cameras, and other security-related equipment; report irregularities, unauthorized access attempts, and equipment concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate site contacts and emergency responders when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of designated interior areas, exterior grounds, entrances, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
