Allied Universal is seeking a Part Time Security Officer (Access Control) in Fontana, CA. You will manage access points, verify credentials, and provide excellent service to employees, visitors, and drivers at a logistics distribution site.

The role offers a flexible part-time schedule with daytime and overnight shifts. Requires 18+ with background check and drug screening. A high school diploma is required and licensing may apply.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check as condition of employment.
• Criminal history considered per applicable laws.
• Drug screen as permitted by law.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and vendors by carrying out access-control procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor entry and exit points at a logistics and distribution location, verify credentials and authorization, and maintain visitor, contractor, and vehicle access records.
• Screen inbound and outbound traffic according to site procedures, direct authorized personnel and deliveries, and report access concerns or unusual activity to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established post orders and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned access points, loading areas, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.

What You'll Do

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.li>
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
