As a Security Officer Full Time Personnel Screening in Mooresville, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Screener with Allied Universal at a logistics and distribution location, you will help maintain a secure, welcoming environment by screening personnel and visitors, monitoring access points, and reporting security-related concerns. Your visible presence, strong communication, and customer service skills will help support smooth operations. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access screening requirements, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Screen employees, visitors, contractors, packages, and/or vehicles entering and leaving the logistics and distribution location in accordance with established procedures.
• Operate screening equipment and conduct inspections of personal belongings, shipments, and/or vehicles as directed by site policy.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of screening areas, loading docks, warehouse access points, and the business perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
