As part of a busy logistics site, you will provide outstanding customer service, report security concerns, and support smooth operations. A background check and drug screen are required, with licensing as per state/local laws.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screening required where law allows.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, drivers, visitors, and vendors at a logistics and distribution location, following site security procedures.
• Screen employees, visitors, contractors, and deliveries; verify credentials and maintain access records.
• Monitor entry/exit points, vehicle traffic, and loading areas; report unusual activity.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly and coordinate with site contacts or responders.
• Conduct regular patrols and document conditions and security concerns.

Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Tue: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Wed: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Thur: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, drivers, visitors, and/or vendors at a logistics and distribution location while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Screen employees, visitors, contractors, and deliveries in accordance with site requirements; verify credentials, inspect authorized items, and maintain accurate access records.
• Monitor entry and exit points, vehicle traffic, package handling areas, and other assigned locations for unusual activity; report observations through established procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders when directed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, loading areas, parking areas, and perimeter, documenting conditions and reporting security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
