The role involves dispatching patrol personnel, processing access requests, and generating detailed incident reports. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM with on-site duties and campus security responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Control Desk Operations: Monitor multi-screen CCTV camera systems, respond to alarm panels, and operate the Lenel 9000 access control system in real time.
• Access & Badge Management: Process access permissions, manage badge activity, and process electronic access requests.
• Dispatch & Communications: Answer incoming calls from interior guard posts, site employees, and clients; dispatch patrol officers and field personnel accordingly.
• Active Physical Patrols: Conduct thorough interior and exterior foot patrols across campus facilities to identify safety hazards, security breaches, and policy violations.
• Incident Escalation & Reporting: Initiate formal emergency escalation procedures, notify site leadership during critical events, and generate detailed electronic incident reports.
• Customer Service: Maintain a professional, approachable demeanor while enforcing site security rules and assisting visitors and staff
