Prosegur Security is hiring a hybrid Patrol / Control Desk Officer for a premier corporate campus in Fremont, CA. The role splits time between active foot patrols and managing the Control Desk—monitoring CCTV, alarms, and access systems.

Qualifications

• Security License levels I–III required/considered.
• Hybrid Patrol/Control Desk role on a corporate campus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor multi-screen CCTV camera systems and respond to alarm panels.
• Process access permissions and manage badge activity.
• Answer calls from guard posts, dispatch officers and field personnel.
• Conduct interior and exterior foot patrols to identify hazards and policy violations.
• Maintain professional customer service while enforcing site security rules.
