Job Overview

Prosegur Security is hiring a hybrid Patrol / Control Desk Officer for a premier corporate

campus in Fremont, CA. This dual-function role splits time between active physical foot

patrols and managing the campus Control Desk—monitoring CCTV, managing automated

alarms, handling post dispatching, and controlling access systems.

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1400–2200
• Pay: $26.50

Key Responsibilities & Operational Duties:

Control Desk Operations: Monitor multi-screen CCTV camera systems, respond to

alarm panels, and operate the Lenel 9000 access control system in real time.

Access & Badge Management: Process access permissions, manage badge

activity, and process electronic access requests.

Dispatch & Communications: Answer incoming calls from interior guard posts,

site employees, and clients; dispatch patrol officers and field personnel

accordingly.

Active Physical Patrols: Conduct thorough interior and exterior foot patrols across

campus facilities to identify safety hazards, security breaches, and policy violations.
