Job summary

Bally’s is seeking a Security Officer to maintain a safe environment for guests, employees and assets at our Iowa operations. Salary starts at $14.50/hour with opportunities for tuition reimbursement and strong benefits.

You will assist in transporting money and chips, control access to restricted areas, and respond to incidents while working a flexible schedule that may include late nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain and maintain an Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission Class C license.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must possess excellent teamwork, interpersonal, customer service, and verbal communication skills.

The Role:

The Security Officer maintains a safe and secure environment for all guests, employees, and company assets.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in transporting money and chips.
• Control access to restricted areas.
• Respond promptly and appropriately to customer and employee incidents and accidents. Write reports.
• Monitor customer and employee passage in and out of casino.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule as required by business operations, including late nights, weekends, and holidays; shifts may change
