Job summary

Bally’s is seeking a Security Officer to maintain a safe environment for guests, employees, and assets at our Iowa operations. The role involves transporting money and chips, controlling access to restricted areas, responding to incidents, and reporting them promptly.

Candidates must be at least 18, able to obtain an Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission Class C license, and demonstrate strong teamwork, interpersonal, customer service, and verbal communication skills.

The Role:

The Security Officer maintains a safe and secure environment for all guests, employees, and company assets.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in transporting money and chips.
• Control access to restricted areas.
• Respond promptly and appropriately to customer and employee incidents and accidents. Write reports.
• Monitor customer and employee passage in and out of casino.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule as required by business operations, including late nights, weekends, and holidays; shifts may change
• Must be able to obtain and maintain an Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission Class C license.
• Must be at least 18 Years of age.
• Must possess excellent teamwork, interpersonal, customer service, and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to work Weekends and Holidays
• Able to effectively communicate in English via verbal and written
