Job summary

OPS Security Group is seeking a Security Officer in Wilmington, DE to provide front-line security services in fast-paced environments such as medical facilities, government buildings, hospitality venues and public events. You will deliver high-quality customer service while protecting people, information and property.

In this role, expect to respond to emergencies, deter crime, manage access, complete logs and incident reports, and maintain strong client rapport.

Qualifications

• Two years of face-to-face customer service experience.
• Two years of security experience.
• Ability to obtain state security officer license and certifications (OCAT, PATH, PPBT).
• Excellent written and oral communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-end customer service and assist clients.
• Respond to emergencies and deter crime.
• Control ingress/egress procedures and investigate incidents.
• Complete daily logs and incident reports.
• Conduct regular walking or vehicle patrols and monitor CCTV.
• Maintain professional rapport with clients, guests, and coworkers.
