Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing may be required by state/local laws.
• Valid driver's license for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service at a front desk location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.
• Greet employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel; verify authorization, manage visitor registration, and issue temporary credentials in accordance with site requirements.
• Monitor access points, alarms, cameras, and communications systems, reporting unusual activity or access concerns to appropriate site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established response protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs, access records, incident documentation, and other required front desk reports while handling sensitive information professionally.

As a Front Desk Security Professional supporting an aerospace and defense location, you will provide a welcoming, professional presence while managing visitor access, responding to security-related inquiries, and maintaining clear communication. What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
