Job summary

Granite State Gaming & Hospitality is seeking a Security Officer to protect guests, team members, and property. You’ll maintain a visible presence, monitor for threats, and respond to incidents with calm professionalism.

Candidates should have strong communication, the ability to read policies, and the physical stamina to stand, patrol, and lift up to 25 lbs. A Gaming license and background check are required. This role requires flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must pass a background check.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Gaming license.
• Exposure to smoke, weather, loud noise and hazards may occur.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Patrol the property and monitor for safety hazards or unusual activity
• Ensure the security of patrons, employees, and assets during shifts
• Respond to emergencies and assist sick or injured guests or team members
• Prepare clear and accurate incident reports
• Enforce company policies, internal controls, and gaming regulations
• Provide guest assistance, directions, and escorts when needed
• Operate security tools such as radios, computers, and surveillance systems
• Perform duties in compliance with all gaming and safety regulations
