Job summary

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to guests and team members.
Monitor casino floor activity and coordinate all security operations.
Assist with investigations and complete detailed incident reports.
Enforce laws, gaming regulations, and company policies.
Prevent entry by minors or intoxicated individuals; preserve order on the premises.
Respond to emergencies, defuse volatile situations, and ensure proper notifications.
Assist in training and evaluating Security Officers.
Communicate effectively with Surveillance and report suspicious activity.
Safely operate security equipment and vehicles.
