Securitas USA is seeking a Security Officer Flex to work at multiple client sites around Milwaukee, WI. The role involves patrolling, monitoring systems, controlling access, and responding to emergencies to keep people and premises safe.

The position offers flexible schedules, weekly pay, and comprehensive benefits. Candidates must be at least 18 with a valid license and strong customer service skills, plus the ability to stay calm under pressure.

Formación

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and clear driving record required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Prior Security, Law Enforcement or Military experience a plus!!
• Must be able to work independently and provide excellent customer service.
• Must have the ability to remain calm under pressure and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgement and use appropriate escalation.
• Must have strong observational skills, excellent communication abilities, and quick decision-making capabilities.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.

• Perform access control at security entrances / exits.
• Conduct regular patrols of premises including buildings, parking lots, & entry points to identify potential security risks.
• Monitor and operate surveillance cameras, alarm systems, and security equipment.

Primary Site Location: Milwaukee, WI

Wage: $21.00-$22.00/Hour

The Flex Security Officer provides security at various client sites by protecting people, property, and assets by patrolling premises, monitoring systems, controlling access, and responding to emergencies to maintain a safe and secure environment. They serve as a helpful professional resource while ensuring everyone on the property follows safety protocols.
