Job summary

Securitas, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Response Security Officer to join our Milwaukee site. This full-time role requires patrolling premises, responding to incidents, and enforcing site regulations to keep employees and visitors safe.

Daily tasks include monitoring surveillance, controlling access points, and de-escalating conflicts while delivering courteous customer service. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and solid computer skills; prior security

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and clear driving record required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Prior Security, Law Enforcement or Military experience a plus!!
• Must be able to work independently and provide excellent customer service.
• Must have the ability to remain calm under pressure and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgement and use appropriate escalation.
• Must have strong observational skills, excellent communication abilities, and quick decision-making capabilities.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.

• Conduct routine patrols of premises including buildings, parking lots, & entry points to identify potential security risks both on foot and in company vehicle.
• Monitor and operate surveillance cameras, alarm systems, and security equipment.

Mobile Response Security Officer — Full Time

Site Location: Milwaukee, WI

Wage: $18.50/HR

Schedule: Thursday - Friday 1pm-9pm & Saturday - Sunday 9am-7pm

The Mobile Response Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, which include operations a vehicle to conduct patrols. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.
